One more year we have packed our bags and we have come to Nuremberg (Germany) from where we wrote to you!
As you know, we want to give the organic Valencian tiger nut the place it deserves, so we return to participate in Biofach, world’s leading trade fair for organic food, from today unitl next Saturday 15th in the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg.
This year we have also had the option of presenting two of our products at the Novelty Stand: organic Valencian tiger nut ice cream and organic tiger nut cookies, without added sugars. This space is the international platform where exhibitors have the possibility to exhibit their latest product. Professional visitors can vote for the most amazing reference in 3A pavilion.
Biofach is an international meeting for organic companies. This year about 3500 exhibitors participate and more than 50,000 professional visitors from the sector are expected. You can find us at the stand of the Valencian Community, in Hall 5 stand 271-14.
We want to break with the idea that the organic Valencian tiger nut is only the raw material for making horchata. It is a very versatile food that adapts to all diets and intolerances. The tiger nut can be eaten as a snack, the horchata is one of the most complete vegetable drinks and with tiger nut flour you can make all kinds of recipes.
