“COSECHERO” TIGER NUT
As the name indicates, this has to do with a Tiger Nut that has been harvested and cured and has been subjected to the cleaning and selection processes but that has not been sorted.

“GRANZA” TIGER NUT
A “cosechero” type of Tiger Nut selected for its larger size by sifting and from which all tubers under 9 mm in size have been eliminated.

“SELECCIÓN BOU” TIGER NUT
Called “Granza or Flor selección especial Bou”, it is characterised by being more artesan-like and of the highest quality.
It is the Tiger Nut that has been selected from the best harvested fields in Alboraya and carefully dried in an area apart from the rest.

ROUND TIGER NUT
These are foreign Tiger Nuts that we import with the highest care to maintain our primary objective: that they maintain all of their quality.
These Tiger Nuts are totally natural, grown without the use of any type of chemical product, just manure and rainwater.

We have several sizes in order to satisfy our customers' different desires:
                       6 - 11 mm
                      12 - 16 mm
                       > 16 mm

• They are packaged in 25 Kg. jute or raffia bags.

ORGANIC TIGER NUT
        JB Natural Foods, S.L., aware of the environment and interested in offering our customers healthy and high quality products, has Tiger Nuts that come from organic cultivation.
These Tiger Nuts are certified by the Institute fur Marketecölogy (IMO) in Switzerland and the Ecocert Company in Germany, so we can guarantee that they come exclusively from organic agriculture. This means that during their careful cultivation no pesticides, preservatives or genetically modified organisms have been used and that the environment has therefore been respected at all times.

BLACK TIGER NUT
This is another Tiger Nut variety. It is characterised by its dark skin while retaining the white meat of its interior and typical Tiger Nut composition.
According to the crop each year, two sizes can be found: small (6-14 mm) or large (>14 mm).
It is used especially for fishing due to its black colour, which stands out in the rivers.

PREPARED TIGER NUT
This product is characterised by containing cooked and preserved Tiger Nuts. This way we are able to ensure that they retain all of their quality for a longer period of time.

• They are packaged in glass jars weighing 350 gr. net weight.
• Available in 12-unit boxes.

TIGER NUT EXTRACT
This product is also known as horchata concentrate. Horchata es traditionally known in Spain as a beverage made from a base of Tiger Nuts, water and sugar.
To reconstitute this refreshing beverage, one must add cold water (~ 4 litres) until achieving the desired taste.
