At Chufas Bou we bet for the tiger nuts as an ingredient of high nutritional value that, beyond the traditional elaboration of the horchata, it can add a great variety of possibilities to gastronomy as whole. We offer the tiger nut chopped in different sizes and in thin slices according to the needs of our customers.
We slice tiger nuts in thin and delicate pieces using the last generation laminating machine and we can produce chopped tiger nuts both by cutting them with sharp blades into uniform cubes or hitting and breaking the tiger nuts into round shaped pieces.
These products preserve all the nutrients, minerals and vitamins of the whole tiger nut and are perfect for all kinds of recipes and suitable for all types of diets and intolerances.
Sliced or chopped tiger nuts can be used in a variety of dishes such as: for salad dressings, to decorate pastries and to mix with yoghurts, smoothies, ice cream, cereals, bread, biscuits, etc.
It is recommended to store tiger nuts in a closed container, in a cool and dry place protected from direct sunlight.

Our sliced and chopped tiger nuts are certified by the public Committee of Organic Agriculture of the Valencian Community that periodically evaluates and examines our production and by the Protected Designation of Origin Regulatory Council, which controls authenticity as well as a set of quality standards for Valencian tiger nuts. In addition, our company has a certified HACCP System and we are working on the IFS certification.
