We are a leading company in our sector, we work with a large volume of product that we receive both from our fields in Alboraya and from local farmers to guarantee the supply of tiger nuts to our clients throughout the entire season. We are the first link in the value chain since we supply the farmers with seed until the moment of the harvest, then we continue processing the fresh tiger nuts with a traditional drying procedure and finish with the cleaning and sorting in our processing line to obtain a product ready for consumption.
We have modern facilities dedicated exclusively to working with tiger nuts. We use the latest technology in our processing lines and we are always in continuous improvement both in our facilities and in the machinery we use. This allows us to be up to date with the innovations and quality standards. Our product is totally free of allergens, thus making it suitable for all diets and food intolerances.
Our quality team constantly monitors the production process to always comply with the most demanding food safety and quality standards in the industry. We analyse the key parameters of tiger nuts both in certified external laboratories and internally performing morphological, organoleptic and moisture control tests.
